Scott Lancaster has owned and operated Y Marina, Inc since 1997, though he has been a part of the business for more than 40 years. Scott has worked extremely hard to make Y Marina, Inc. the wonderful business that it has become today. Scott spends most of his day working with the Sales Department, but is involved in every function of the business as an active Owner and General Manager. Dante started with us in the summer of 2022 and after some time in service and rigging decided to step up to be our new Marketing & Inventory Manager. he handles our website, all social media, advertising, and adding all of our units to our system.

Kurt Nevdal is our resident journeyman. Kurt has been with Y Marina since the late 90’s. Kurt spent many years in the Sales Department, moving to Service Manager in 2015. After a brief absence, Kurt has returned the Service Team acting as our Delivery Foreman and Quality Control Specialist. Kurt personally water tests each boat sold prior to delivery to ensure the best possible customer experience, and will likely complete your on-water demo on your date of delivery.
Kurt also has a ton of knowledge in marine electronics from years on the water calibrating units for delivery. If you have questions about boating, running your boat, or equipment in your boat, Kurt is an excellent resource for you. Do not hesitate to contact him directly.

Chris has been learning how to rig the boats and also how to service customer boats. Robert joined our team in early 2020, and was a fiery addition to the Detail Team, since he was hired he was been promoted to Lot Technician. Robert was in charge of moving boats around the lot for rigging and service as well as getting boats ready for final delivery. We sadly lost Robert on January 1st 2022 to a car accident. We will always remember what a great guy he was to our staff & customers and great addition Robert was to our Y Marina Family. Robert is greatly missed.

Jose started with us in early April 2021 and was an awesome addition to our team! Jose was in charge of maintaining cleanliness of all boats, motors and trailers on the sales lot and showrooms, as well as facility maintenance. We sadly lost Jose on January 1st, 2022 to a car accident. We will always remember how great he was with all of our staff & customers and his hard work. He was a great addition to the Y Marina Family and he is greatly missed.
